The health and safety of You, our Customer, and our Staff is our priority. We have implemented strict safety standards.
Storage Guys offers Completely Safe and Contactless Move-in Options:
- Call or email to book
- Pay by EFT or similar
- Notify us when you are coming
- Bring your own lock (or we can provide sanitised)
- Simply hoot at the electronic gate
- Move-in and store your goods in your allocated space.
You can do all of this without having to come into contact with any Storage Guys staff.
Additional Safety Measures in place include (amongst others):
- Hand sanitizer is available for both staff and customers on site and on our truck.
- Cleaning office and common areas with disinfectant.
- Physical distancing by our staff
- Face Masks worn at all times
- Hands are washed frequently with soap
- If our staff show any symptoms of COVID-19, they will be sent home and urged to contact the hotline
Our Collection Service is available in support of Essential Services.
Our usual collection service has been suspended in line with Lockdown Rules, However, if you are a Listed Essential Service Provider we may be able to assist when provided with your Certificate and Permit. In this instance the following measures are in place:
- Physical Distancing – we are limited to two Storage Guys per trip – one Driver and one assistant
- Face masks will be worn at all times
- Hand Sanitiser will be on the truck and will be used before and after handling goods
- Certificates will need to be emailed in advance
We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic closely and seek continued guidance to ensure we conform to all the latest Scientific advice and Government regulations.
